The documentation, the Tensorplex Bridge ("Bridge") and the Tensorplex LST service ("LST Service", and together with the Bridge, the "Services") are provided by Limitless Journey IBC (the "Company") on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any representations, guarantees, or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The Company disclaims all responsibility and liability for the availability, timeliness, security, reliability, quality of the Service, any related software, or other material obtained through the Service. Users acknowledge that the Bridge is a smart contract which accepts supported native decentralized artificial inteligence cryptocurrency tokens ("Supported Tokens") (e.g. Bittensor $TAO) and automatically issues a 1:1 representation of such Supported Tokens as an ERC-20 (the "Bridged Tokens") to an Ethereum network address specified by the depositor. Although the Company has arranged for third-party audits on the Bridge, users acknowledge and accept that bridge contracts can be susceptible to bugs, vulnerabilities, exploits, hacks and security breaches which can lead to a partial or total loss of funds, and by using the Bridge, hold the Company, its shareholders, affiliates, associates, directors, officers and agents harmless from any losses arising out of the user's use of the Bridge. Users acknowledge that liquid staking and participation in Proof-of-Stake protocols, including but not limited to the use of the LST Service, involve a high degree of risk. The LST Service allows users who have deposited Supported Tokens into the Bridge to participate in staking programmes using the Bridged Tokens. These risks include, without limitation, liquidity risks, market volatility, and potential fluctuations in the value of staked tokens. Additionally, users must be aware of the risks of hacking, security breaches, unauthorized access, and the potential for loss of funds and by using the LST Service, hold the Company, its shareholders, affiliates, associates, directors, officers and agents harmless from any losses arising out of the user's use of the LST Service. The Services are not an endorsement of any particular cryptocurrency, blockchain protocol, or investment strategy. The information contained within this documentation is for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended as, and shall not be understood or construed as, financial or investment advice. Users are solely responsible for making their own informed decisions and should conduct comprehensive due diligence. This disclaimer constitutes the entire agreement between the user and the Company in relation to the user's use of the Services and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, concerning the subject matter hereof. The Company reserves the right to modify, alter, or update this disclaimer at any time without prior notice, and users agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations, or updates. It is the user's responsibility to periodically review this disclaimer for changes. Users agree that all disputes, arising out of, or in connection with the use of these Services are to be finally resolved by the courts of Panama in accordance with Panamanian law. THE SERVICES ARE ONLY PROVIDED TO YOU ON THE TERMS AS SET OUT HEREIN. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY PART OF THE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SERVICES.
